Anyone ever attend Mass in a foreign Language?

Latin, Italian, Spanish, German, and English. Well for me liturgically at least, English is a foreign language. French is my mother tongue, and I almost always have gone to Mass in French or mixed Latin/French. Only rarely in English. I don’t know the responses in English, but of course do in French (and Latin). I couldn’t recite the Our Father in English if my life depended on it, but no problems in Latin or French!
 
Latin (OF and EF), Italian, German and French. In fact, I attend Mass in French almost every day (I’m a native English speaker residing in France). The days that I don’t go to Mass in French are the days I’m with the ICRSS, where the Mass is, of course, in Latin.

The Italian and German Masses were one-offs, but it didn’t matter. The Mass is the Mass the Mass. If you know the OF in any language, you can probably follow along in any other. Don’t know the responses? No problem! Just say them silently, or out loud in a language you do know. It’s all good :cool:
