Anyone have some literal translations of the mass? You know the long awaited new more faithful translation?

They have not been completed or approved yet.

Yeah, well like I said they’re not done yet. But if you want to see literal translations of most of the Mass look at one of the pre Vatican II Missals. They had them, and they were faitful translations at that. Probably the new and improved translations will be those anyway, because they are actually correct translations minus politically correct and all inclusive language

I believe they were all pulled from the web because a letter was sent out by the ICEL stating that the text was copywrited and couldn’t be placed in the net without approval by ICEL.

I printed out an early version prior to its removal.
