Anyone heard of this man?

I’ve been looking at his website for about the last 12 years and although he was brought up catholic and still attends a catholic church he also attends other church denominations as well. If you google his name: Raymond Aguilera, you will be directed to a website and it appears he could be a prophet of God, however, I’m not an expert, never studied scriptures other than what the church teaches in it’s liturgy during mass. I would be curious if anyone has heard of him or has studied the prophecies listed on his site to offer their “take” on him.

The name is vaguely familiar. A quick Google search shows some ‘messages’ he claims to have from God spoken in tongues (reading them, they sound like very bad rap lyrics :whacky.

Yep. I’ve heard of him and I don’t accept any of his “prophesies”. You can put him in the con-man class who wants to start his own religion.

I know we need to be careful of looking at anyone outside the church that might claim they’re receiving prophetic words and visions, but I keep thinking of one specific prophecy that seems to have come true and that is the 1994 california earthquake. And even though this man goes to other church’s he also goes to a catholic church as well.

Predicting an earthquake in California is like predicting a tornado in Tennessee. And even a broken clock is right twice a day.

The test of a true prophet is not that he gets a single prediction right out of 50. The test is that EVERYTHING he foretells comes to pass. Everything. Just one miss makes him a false prophet.

If the prophet speaks in the Lord’s name but his prediction does not happen or come true, you will know that the Lord did not give that message. That prophet has spoken without my authority and need not be feared.

While it’s more than possible that he got the occasional prophetic word, that event was over 15 years ago. His head looks to have increased in size since then.

Some people can get it right some of the time, doesn’t mean what they’re getting is from God. A friend of mine goes to a “psyhic” and gets “predictions” that always come true. >_<
