Anyone here have XM or Sirius radio?

I have Sirius and love it! The music channels rock and Sirius also has ALL the NFL games. I’m a football junkie so this is good for me. Plus ETWN of course…

I am in awe of the Catholic Church now, and I’m in RCIA. I no longer listen to Howard Stern (can you say, “Theology of the Body, Howard?!”), and am a EWTN and Relevent Radio junkie.

So, I guess you could say Howard Stern brought me to the Catholic Church!

Did you have to block out a bunch of other Sirius stations to block out sterns channel? From what i’ve seen XM lets you pick whatever station you want, and not a package.

Yes, I had to (name removed by moderator)ut the channel numbers into the remote control while in the “block” mode. It was easy. 🙂 Sirius has started some new channels, so I had to go back and update the channels. As far as I know Stern will be on-air in January, then that station will join the “block” list.
 
My parents bought us a Sirius kit for Christmas. We have to wait for it though. The anticipation is killing me. I can’t wait to have Catholic Radio available to me 24/7. Sounds like pure heaven to me!! I can’t wait!!! 😃
 
I see our satellite TV has switched its music channels to XM. the good classical stations are gone and my only choices are “pops”, classical top 40, or opera.
