Anyone know about this holy order?

This seems to be the Teutonic Knights.
They were one of the fighting Orders of the Crusades, but spent most of their energies in the Baltic region. Their significant interests were ground away after the Reformation, and by Napoleonic times they were limited to Austria, where they persist.
