Aperi Domine / Sacrosanctae Trinitate

I know this probably really belongs in the Liturgy forum, but it’s a very specific question mostly relevant to those “Trads” praying the older Breviarium Romanum:

Does anyone know where one can get prayer cards printed with the Aperi Domine and Sacrosanctae Trinitate prayers printed on them?

Also, whilst kind of done away with in the '62 Breviary, does anyone saying the '62 Breviary specifically, pray these prayers before and after, respectively?
 
Sacrosanctae Trinitate. With my eyesight I thought at first it was a trinitrate and those are usually explosives. I am guessing, but is it a prayer to the Holy Trinity? :confused:
 
I don’t recite the Traditional Office all that often except on the larger feasts, but for all the Offices, whether Traditional or NO, I say the Aperi and Sacrosancte. Now I don’t have to consult the card anymore since its committed to memory, but when I started out what I did was print it on a small piece of card which I put as bookmarks (the ribbons wear out in any case, sooner or later).
