Apologetic Suggestions?

I’m not sure if this is the right forum or not, but since my primary intended “victim” is my mothe-in-law, and secondary is a sister, I’ll try posting here. If you had only one book that you could give to a very spiritual non-Catholic Christian to explain why you are Catholic, and why they might consider it, what would that book be? I am fairly confident of further dialogue after the book. Thanks in advance.

I would give them either Mass Confusion or Letters between a Catholic Priest and Evangelical minister (I think that is the title) by Fr. John Wiess… I will repost when I remeber the exact name… but it is a very good book!
 
I really enjoyed Catholicism and Fundamentalism from Karl Keating.
