It is difficult because they say that the Bible is corrupt. So, if you point out the various places that Jesus proclaims His Divinity, that is simply corrupted text.
Above all, pray for them. The Spirit will move in them in time.

Mohamed, Islam’s prophet, had incessantly refused to appoint a deputy or caliph to take over after his death because he thought Islam was a religion, not a state. He had also forbidden his disciples from compiling verses revealed to him into a book and from recording his doings and sayings into a body of rules and laws. He feared that the new religion could be hijacked, forged, altered, corrupted, used or abused in the process, as it is today.
Corrupt, avaricious, power-hungry and blood-thirsty disciples of Mohamed started a bloody putsch immediately after the prophet died which resulted in their hijacking Islam, turning it into a state where they proclaimed themselves caliphs (undisputed executors of Allah’s will on earth).
While Mohamed had aspired to spread Islam in most parts of Arabia only, the new caliphs had another agenda. To begin with, they planned to annex to the emerging rich and prosperous Islamic states of Syria, Iraq, Iran and Egypt. To justify, among other things, such an ungodly deed, the Muslim caliphs committed the single most dangerous forgery in history which was to set in motion a war of civilizations that would not stop short of the utter destruction of mankind. They came up with a scripture they called Qu’ran and claimed it was a compilation of verses that had been revealed to Mohamed by Allah. The Qu’ran which condemns non-Muslims to death commands all Muslims to rise in jihad to fight, terrorize, kill, take the land and homes, rape the women and children of Christians and Jews. This jihad must not stop before the whole world becomes Muslim.
Open your eyes to the numerous writings that prove the Qu’ran has always been a fabrication of man’s more sinister side, instead of idly being a Muslim that would rather believe the forged verse which says, "Allah is the creator of the Qu’ran and the preserver of it.” All Muslims unshakably believe that this verse is a solemn promise by Allah that the Qu’ran, unlike the Christian and Jewish scriptures, will always be safe and immune from forgery and corruption. Nothing is so protected as long as it is kept in the hands of men that will twist it to their own needs and misdeeds. Show the Clerics that we Muslims have a mind and an intellect to comprehend for ourselves and become free to know our own destiny in peace
