Soon you will see three new names there, its a great site for all apostates and exposes the ludicruous rituals, practices & sayings of the prophet mohammed.

There are some good criticisms of the Quran too

apostatesofislam.com/apostates/g5/peter.htm

Please read the testimonies, many are shockingly true

🙂

No matter how the muslims will deny it, and they will even deny these people being muslims.

The testimonies are so true.

one in particular garret (a convert ) was so true, from a perspective I have never considered.

After the hijra, what did the refugees actually do for a living?

And i realised, this is why they were plundering meccan caravans, they provoked the war, because they didnt have a means of surviving in this new land.

Can you imagine jews dealing with the pagan muslims?

They had to attack the caravans to feed themselves.

Which is why islam never fought defensive wars like many muslims love to claim.

They fought extremely provocative wars and were brigands, bent on thievery.

I for one felt thrilled the day I finally let go of all the islamic beliefs, well its hard to say day, because it was a process that started a year before.

But it finally overtook me, my love for Adonai, Yehoshua ben Elohim.

Then there was no denying my saviour that day, and forever more!

Salaam Friend Hawk;

What is odd is the fact that some of those apostates started to show up only lately; can you say counter-attack? Yes that is exactly what it is, a counter attack. Christians have never been so exposed to Islam (through the net) than these last years, everyone wanted to know what Islam is all about; many fell to its simplicity, beauty, logic and truth; that trend had to be stopped by any means, including becoming an occasional “apostate” and amplifying already circulating attacks; after all, who is more believable than an insider? Friend hawk, having observed your posts and replies, I believe you to be one of those occasional “apostates”. Am I wrong?

My dear friend, you are wasting a valuable time here, some so-called apostates of Islam are making huge money writing books supposedly uncovering Islam from the inside; it’s the new Eldorado. They just proclaim they are convert from Islam to another religion (preferably Christianity), read anti-Islamic books, surf the net for misconceptions, amplify them, and wrap-up everything into a new look, it’s guaranteed easy money.

Allah (SWT) knows best

Salaam.
Joseph.

Apostate simply means someone who has abandoned a faith. Hawk has already stated that he left Islam, so he is an apostate of Islam. You can’t be an “occaisional” apostate.

It’s not a new counter attack at all. If you look at many of those people, they converted long before the last couple of years. They are simply organizing now in response to groups like Whyislam. These are people who were raised in Islam and left, not new attackers of the Islamic faith from the outside.

C’mon Friend Ghosty, you know what I meant. I did not write they were “occasional” apostates of Islam. When they pose as apostates of Islam while being of another faith, they are indeed “occasional” apostate of the other faith. But who do they deceive?

I understand that you cannot comprehend how someone can leave islam yusuf,
I assure you that I am not what you call an “occasional apostate” , though I must confess that I am not sure exactly what you mean.

I will say this though, attacking me, because you are essentially calling me a liar, is not changing the nature of my arguments against islam. All you have to do is answer the arguments I have made for islam to not be the truth.

Now as far as the apostates go, the vast majority are ex-christians, who are now ex-muslims, and i can understand why.

Ofcourse I dont expect you to be able to comprehend it, since your heart is sealed (not by Allah but yourself) to it

Ah, the they were never muslims argument.

🙂 I dont particularly care to prove I was muslim to anyone.

Salaam hawk;
Take it easy my friend; I did not call you that name; I asked you “ Am I wrong?” sufficed you to tell me yes and I would believe you. The reason why I am suspicious is because I have dealt with many people who say they are apostates of Islam and use almost the same arguments and attacks over and over, like an organized campaign, like if they were on a mission.

The owners of the website you linked to, call themselves humanists and they took on themselves to destroy Islam; the Islamic terrorism is only a covert.

Here is what they wrote: “We believe that the education is the only answer. Muslim intellectuals **must **realize **that Islam is a false doctrine **and they must let the rest of Islamic world know the truth”
A few lines latter: “It is our belief that Islamic terrorism will not be eliminated unless and until the ideology behind it is exposed and eradicated. This is what we intend to do”
Are they out to destroy Islamic terrorism of Islam? The answer is clear.
Now, when you read the above, do you think these guys will care which methods to use? Do you think they will restrain themselves to honest methods only?

I only hope Muslims listen to them and get a proper Islamic education.

Salaam.
Joseph.

Another one yusuf, I know that you still cannot believe it, but here is another testament.

I wonder what you are going to say about her?

She is clever than you. She is making huge money out of her apostasy. 😉 She wrote a book with a catching title “Married to Muhammad” with a catching covert photo of a beautiful covered woman.

Here is the purpose of her book:
"Married to Muhammad addresses an area of urgent need in the Christian community of the United States! As many women have discovered, Middle Eastern men can be charming, and even Christian women have found themselves ready to make a lifelong commitment of marriage to a Muslim who appears to be the man of her dreams. If you’re one of those women, or if you know someone who is, this book is a must-read–the sooner the better!

In this eye-opening exposĂ© of the often deceptive tactics Muslims use to gain converts, W.L. Cati warns women of the dangers of dating and marrying Islamic men. Through original Muslim writings, and a chilling account of her own 14-year marriage to a Muslim, Cati sheds light on the dark side of Islam–especially the teachings and practices that keep women in suffocating bondage.

W.L. Cati turned from Islam and a luxury lifestyle to be restored to Christ. Now she is called of God to sound the alarm regarding the impact of Islam upon women and to stand against the abuses that Muslim doctrines allow. Her firsthand knowledge of Islamic customs and Arabic culture qualifies her to share her insight and passion for reaching Muslims with the gospel of Jesus Christ"

I will not comment, this summary of the book speaks of itself.

Salaam.
Joseph.

More on W.L Cati.

“You don’t backtrack," Cati says. “If you’ve got guts enough to say it, then you have to stand by it.” According to the former Muslim, destroying Muslim symbols is an effective way to deliver a message. “According to Islam, the only possible way they could ever get into heaven, or paradise, would be through death,” she says.

“So if you go and bomb a bunch of Muslims, you just sent them – according to them – straight to heaven, because they died in jihad for the cause of Allah.” But Islam’s religious artifacts or “holy sites” are more precious to Muslims than human life, she explains – which is why destruction of those sites would be an effective response" Source here

Does not she sound like a fundy?

Im actually surprised you are saying that, since I am not aware of anyone saying the things I am saying.

I am actually saying that Christianity is logical and the reason I left islam is because it stopped making sense to me, once I understood the entire breadth of revelation given in the Bible.

You see there are 3000 years of revelation in the Bible ,written by different hands inspired by God, and they are remarkably all pointing to the incarnation of God and the coming of Christ, like a huge plan that is coming together, this struck me as truely divine.

But then if the coming of Christ and the death of Christ, are divinely ordained, then surely the Quran cannot be right, but the Quran must be right, so the Bible cannot be right, but the Bible makes sense, so how can the Quran be right, but the Quran must be right.

And so on and so forth, and many arguments later, i was still sitting on the edge, with fear of leaving the deen.

Now here is why I believe in the Holy Spirit in part, but ofcourse it is a personal experience but i shall recount it, I started to love Jesus Christ, a real tangible love, and a love for the Bible, the more I read it the more I loved the Scripture, it had true power, power over me.
I believe that was the Holy Spirit working in me.

I am sorry I only went to the website the day I posted the thread, I just browsed many of their sections, except the testaments which I did spend time on, since I am always curious to meet others like me.

The link was sent to me by another ex-muslim, who I know personally, however I will not vouch for the owners of the website.

I dont know what a fundy is, to be honest.

however I understand that much of her hatred of islam comes from an abusive relationship with her husband.

Yusuf, you might like to deny it, but there are a great many women in islam who live in fear of divorce.

Why? Because their husbands divorce them for many varied reasons, my friend from college had 2 miscarriages, and her husband divorced her, so that he could marry another woman from back home.

This is the fear and pain that women have been living with for the last 1400 years in islam.

Yes there are a great many happy successful marriages, but that is because the husbands are truely submitted men.

My mother and father are a perfect example of marital bliss, however my father I would say is a good man, and I am not sure if I really asked him about some islamic teachings if he would agree at all, with them.
The only reason I do not question him, is out of respect for him.

What? I don’t understand what you’re saying at all. Hawk is not posing as an apostate of Islam, he IS an apostate of Islam. As are, presumably, all those people on the website. If you were once a Muslim, and now are some other belief, you are an apostate of Islam, plain and simple.

I really don’t grasp what you’re saying at all.
