It is not an article of our faith that eleven of the apostles were martyred, no.

My understanding is that “capital-T” tradition has to do with divinely revealed truths, and “small-t” tradition does not. That it’s not dogma is at the essence of it anyway.

A traditional view of the way things are like this one does not require that we believe it. It is not dogma nor does it claim to be.

Getting a bit off topic here, but of course some traditions that have to do with the way we do things e.g. particular liturgical disciplines are still a part of church law and so to be followed, but they still aren’t definite, divinely revealed and unchanging.

So yeah, the “small-t” traditions are the ones that aren’t divinely revealed.

So to anyone else who’d like to address this comment, if the Catholic tradition is that all but one were martyred but if only three (or however many) actually were, does that undermine our faith?
Not really. Pious tradition is not dogma.

Faith I’ve been answering your questions for a long time. When something this insignificant has you upset, it is anxiety taking and the best place to get help is from your pastor who knows your situation.

I didn’t meant to upset you. I’m trying to help you.
I wasn’t upset before, but I’m getting there now.

By “article of faith” you mean something we’re required to believe? And we’re not required to believe that about the martyrdom of the Apostles?
