I believe they specialize in Spiritual Direction. I am close to Lawrence and have attended a few seminars they have help. I know several people who take Spiritual Direction from them and are very satisfied.

YES, I have known them for 2 years. I participated in their Samuel Group program, which is a 9 session (once a month) vocational discernment program. They helped me TREMENDOUSLY in seeing the vocation God had planned for me. Their training in psychology and spiritual direction gives a very well-rounded approach and great insights in the process of discernment and the interior life. I thought so highly of the program that the next year I was the student coordinator/recruiter for it on my college campus. I also saw one of their convents and attended a weekend silent retreat there. Beautiful women in love with the Lord! In seeing the stamina it takes to evangelize on today’s college campuses…it is truly the Holy Spirit who fuels them!

They are also beginning a men’s branch in Italy.

I am a seminarian in the male branch of the Apostles of the Interior Life. Ask away! I’ve been with the community since June 2003, though I met the sisters at the University of Illinois in Feb 2001. I am currently studying for my License in Spirituality at the Teresianum (run by the Carmelites) in Rome…

It is good to know that the men’s branch is growing, too. Springtime is well underway. The secularization is ending.
