At the risk of sounding stupid, what do you mean by apostolate?What types of Apostolate do you perform? And how frequently?

Acts of charity, volunteering your time, prison ministry, visiting the sick/elderly, etc.

I didn’t understand what the OP meant either so I looked up the word:

I’m active in my parish through various committees, like preparing food for funeral receptions, helping with St. Vincent de Paul activities, and such.
I go to adoration regularly to pray for the souls in purgatory.
I haven’t been to a prison or a soup kitchen yet, and I haven’t helped with nursing homes and such. I do pray for all those in care like that and for their care providers.

- But what the OP is describing in his response to you are the Corporal and Spiritual Works of Mercy.
