Archbishop Burke

I didn’t see a post about this already, but Archbishop Burke of St. Louis - IMHO the best bishop in the US - is being transferred to Rome to head the Apostolic Signature in Rome.
As I’m sure many of you know, Archbishop Burke has been a great friend of the Gregorian Rite (and orthodox Catholicism in general), so please pray for a good successor (Aux. Bishop Perry from Chicago ).
Please also pray that the good Archbishop will soon be the good Cardinal.

The American Church will miss him. He was one of only a few bishops who stood for real faith. He deserves a red hat. He spoke up when the American Church had been leaderless for decades and now that his lone voice is gone, will now continue to be so.

I hope we get some real men to stand up for orthodoxy and fill his void.

If the Holy Father would appoint good Catholic bishops we can pull out of this modernist crisis. Please pray for the Holy Father.

Pray not just for one, but for all the Church hierarchy in the United States. Archbishop Burke was indeed an excellent leader here in the States. St Louis was fortunate to have him
