More than the Archbishop of Caracas, he is also a member of the College of Cardinals.

My prayers are very much with His Eminence, Jorge Cardinal Urosa Savino.
 
The Soviet Empire tried to crush the Church,and failed. The same might happen here, with the Church being the rallying point as the only entity able to challenge this regime…as she was in Poland.
