Are aliens/UFO marks of the demonic?

Oh i understand! And yet people don’t realize that if their fantasy of aliens was true we would be destroyed or mastered by a hostile life form. Again, the only reason anyone thinks there might be aliens is because it is a product of human creative thought. Not actual evidence or logic. It is the same reason people search for Bigfoot. Because the forest is vast. That and beer tastes good.

That’s silly. A lot of people who think they “know” aliens don’t exist, know the universe is vast. They just think they know what it doesn’t contain, unlike those of us who don’t presume omniscience.

Wait, was your point that aliens don’t exist or that the the specific sci-fi aliens we’ve made up on earth (romulans, daleks, goa’uld, etc) don’t exist? Because, no, it is extremely unlikely that the latter exist, but that’s not saying much.

I was just stating my experience if expressing doubts about other intelligent life. I agree it’s silly that people assume ignorance if anyone who doesn’t buy into the statistical argument.

Now, I am not as dogmatic as @Mrchatsworth, but I share his view we have no evidence.
 
Satan is called the prince of the power of the air…he is also a deceiver and a liar…it’s entirely possible he and his demons could be manifesting themselves as “aliens”…especially as benevolent beings concerned for the welfare of mankind as many believers in UFO’s say…so instead of having a Savior…Jesus Christ…we now have alien saviors…pretty good deceit by Satan…at the same time I don’t discount the possibility of life elsewhere…God created us out of his infinite love…who’s to say he hasn’t created…and might still be creating other beings out of that same love
 
The belief in aliens isn’t a theological problem. The belief endangering people today is a form of anti-christ. It’s definitely diabolical in that it is replacing Christ’s salvation with an alternate salvation. People are taking the bait without even knowing it. How many Christians I wonder are looking ‘out there’ for salvation. Somehow that the human race is saved or perfected by means of space exploration. That somewhere out there a pearl is hidden that will give meaning to our existence and fulfill our purpose.
 
To say that there is no intelligent life out there (unless they have checked every star system, galaxy…) Is just uninformed speculation. Conversely, to say that there Is life out there because of the sheer size of the universe… Is… at best… A wild educated guess, but still just a guess…

The true answer for intelligent life out there is simply that we don’t know at this time. Any other answer is just speculation.

I guess saying Bigfoot doesn’t exist because someone has not checked every Forrest is speculation and hunting for Bigfoot is just wild EDUCATED guesses…

I agree. I understand the mathematical probability that it is quite likely that other life…even intelligent life is probable but we really haven’t a clue at this point in time. I also think…why wouldn’t there be other life in a universe so large…and why would there be! It’s not like there is rule there MUST be other life.

However, I find it fun to speculate and enjoy sci-fi that explores various scenarios…all of which may be wrong…but, it’s FUN!

Not really… Humans have explored 99% of the Earth’s surface, there have been many search parties and expeditions to find Bigfoots and they have been fruitless. So the odds of really having Bigfoots out there are slim.

If we had explored 99% of the Universe and sent search expeditions to a whole bunch of potential life inhabiting planets.and always came up empty, I would agree.

But the truth is we explored less than 0.00000000001% of the universe (I am exagerating, it’s way lower than that). And have only explored our nearby satellite (moon) a handful of times. Plus we sent satellite/drones to nearby.planets. We never left our own small solar system.

So yes, saying there is definitely nothing out there is
uninformed speculation.

I know a LOT of people who support NASA, are very interested in space exploration, who think it’s possible that there are intelligent races out there . . . and not a single one thinks space exploration saves or perfects the human race.

Why limit the possibilities of God’s creation? People used to think Giant Squids were myth until they were rediscovered in 2004.

Yes - the devil might be using UFO sightings against us. But if UFO sightings are demonic, it doesn’t automatically mean that alien life (whom are not visiting us) are not real.

There very well come be alien life in the universe that has the same technological abilities as us or even less. Aliens don’t automatically need to have “warp speed” capabilities and be part of a galactic empire.

It’s quite a bit better than speculation because of the nature of Bigfoot (he is big) and our capacity to observe such life on earth.

So, it’s far more soundly based to assert there is no Bigfoot on earth than to assert there are no aliens in the universe. But having said that, I highly doubt there are any alien civilizations!
