Are all human beings New Creations in Christ?

Only those who have received the gift of justification through the pouring in of the Holy Spirit.

I don’t have the references off hand, but at one point St. Paul says that all those who are in Christ are new creations, and elsewhere he says that those who are baptized are in Christ.

2Cr 5:17 Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Gal 6:15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
