They are probably rolling their eyes. Oh wait, they do not have bodies, so they do not have eyes (roll eyes).

In heaven after the final judgement, there is no reproduction or intercourse, but there is the resurrected body, male or female. If one is a male here on earth, that person remains male (after the final judgement).

Imagine - if Lucifer - is a female ?
I did hear that Lucifer - and Satan - are two different, high ranking, demons -

Aren’t lucifer and satan the same? lucifer was satan’s name before he rebelled against God, no?

Angels like to appear with the images we love and with wings to represent heaven. So the images are either male or female. The real angels are the light forms, different colors, mostly bright white light.

Here they are:

Looks like they dont have permission to reveal anything about them to us.

The one I encountered appeared feminine. Also fully human. Perhaps that seemed to be the most appropriate appearance in that particular instance.

Gender in linguistics is an artifact of Indoeuropean languages and is only slightly related to - and not identical with - sex. For example, the Russian for book is: kniga - with feminine gender. In French book is le livre - with masculine gender. Neither have sex.

While animals often have sex (some are sexless) gender usually follows the sex. yet, even then, not always, e.g., referring to a cow (a female) as an it or sometimes even a he.

Number can also get interesting as say Elohim in Hebrew for God is plural…yet God is One…

My point is using language to get to God having sex because His gender is masculine simply doesn’t hold water. Jesus certainly had sex - He was a male. But the Godhead? Nope.

Blah! Even medicine has proven that sexual glands or organs, as you wish, serve many other purposes than just sex. All hormones are interconnected. Like for example ovaries for women and assimilating calcium in the organism.
People preserve their sexual identity even if for health reasons all sex organs must be removed.
Gender organs - just for sex? An illusion already dead. In science at least. In our obsessive passions? Oh well…

Pardon me for not reading the whole thread.

I confess that with questions like this that have no possible proofs, my curiosity takes me to the last few posts to see what kind of accident err… argument, has broken out over the hypothetical question.
That, to me, is fascinating.
(Everybody has to stop and look at an accident scene. Don’t they? Tell me I’m not the only one. )

Believe it or not “sex” does not just refer to the act of coitus. 🙂
