Are Anglican Dominicans really Dominicans?

I just read that there is such a thing as Anglican Dominicans. How is it different from the Roman Catholic Dominicans and are they recognized by the Catholic Church and all Dominican orders? I noticed that they also use OP after their names but they have a woman as the Master of the Order. I thought all Domnicans were Roman Catholic.

There is an attempt among a few Anglicans to call themselves Dominicans and ape the Roman Catholic Order of Preachers, founded by St. Dominic in 1216—centuries before Henry VIII was born. St. Dominic committed himself to the order’s motto, “veritas” which means truth. There is little that would offend him more than to have a group identify itself with him and his order within a heretical church!

No matter how often they put “O.P.” after their names and use Dominican art and liturgical trappings, they are still not a part of the order founded by St. Dominic and are not recognized as such by the Dominican Order or by Roman Catholic Church.
