It depends on whether or not anti-Catholics are acting sincerely out of what they believe to be true about the Catholic Church. If someone knows he is spreading falsehoods about the Catholic Church, deliberately does so anyway, and refuses to repent, his chances of salvation do not appear to be good. Many people though truly believe what they claim about the Church and honestly are trying to “save” people from what they believe to be a false church. Only God can judge their hearts and determine their ultimate salvation.
