Are Byzantine Catholic churches in communion with Rome. I am Roman Catholic and am worried because I went to one last Sunday and received Communion at this church. Please help!

Yes, Byzantine Catholic churches are in union with Rome. Attending a divine liturgy at a Byzantine Catholic church fulfills the Sunday obligation and you are free to receive Communion at such a church. If you are unsure of the status of a particular church, you can call the Catholic diocese in which the church is located and ask whether or not that particular church is in union with Rome.
