Are Catholics allowed to attend Mormon weddings in their "ward"?

Hello, as you may know…Utah is mostly populated by mormons. At work, in my division there are 20 of us and only two of us are Catholics. My mormon co workers have weddings and receptions all the time, is it against our Catholic religion to attend their reception in what they call ward? ( I attended one time, and it was like a basketball court where they had the reception, but there are small rooms inside the building.)
