Are Catholics allowed to receive communion in the Episcopal Church?

I have a friend who is Episcopalian that invited me to their Sunday service. As a Catholic, am I allowed to receive their communion? My friend said all baptized Christians are allowed to take their communion.

Hi,

You may attend such a service as an observer. This does not fulfill your Sunday Mass obligation and NO, you may not receive their eucharist since the Catholic Church does not recognize it as valid.
