Are Catholics more Spiritual that Protestants?

I honestly don’t get the “catholics have more resources” statements. We have tons of resources ourselves. We also include catholic and non-catholic sources from church history. I believe we all have any of these at our perusal, if we’d just be willing to look for them. I can quote Augustine just as well as Calvin.

True, but for Protestants all that stuff tends to remain a bit more academic. And I wasn’t really thinking of intellectual material (I agree with you against the Catholics here that we have access to the entire Christian tradition) as much as things like regular confession, sacramentals, strong traditions of the spiritual disciplines (Ignatian retreats, etc.).
