Are Catholics now free to attend Masses of the SSPX?

If this question has been discussed before, just direct me to the thread, date, etc.

Mainly, I want to know if Catholics are now free to attend Masses of the Society of St, Pius X (SSPX). If so, are there certain conditions? I seem to recall that it’s permitted if, for example, a person is traveling and there’s no other Mass available.
