The West has almost completely abandonded their traditional Christian beliefs and it seems that the Islamic world is about to abandon theirs in the future. What do you think?
It doesn’t seem like it with the rise of the Muslim brotherhood and a return to sharia law and a strict following of the Koran while western countries as you have pointed out are abandoning their Judeo-Christian roots and basis.
I just came across this blog post about the situation in Iraq which would make Richard Dawkins smile.
The poll numbers cited at that link lead me to wonder: might Christianity have its best chance in many centuries to return to Iraq? (If the message is communicated effectively by someone like Father Zakaria Boutros.)
