Are guardian angels Scriptural?

Hello,
A fellow christian asked whether we actually have guardian angels and where it is referenced in the Bible. I found a reference in Psalm 91. Is there another reference? I thought Jesus said it to the disciples in one of the gospels but haven’t been able to find it. Do you know of where the reference is?
