Are health and wealth signs of God's blessing?

Good Day!

Paise be Jesus and Mary!

If one family is very rich and very wealthy, does these wealth comes from God’s blessings?.. Because i knew one family who were very wealthy and thought of it as a blessing from God because they are the true christians and they obey God in their way. This family is a born-again christian family who condemns the catholic church and accuse as idolater church. They even thought someone who is a roman catholic that has cancer, got the sickness because they are not christians, and are roman catholic. They thought of it as a punishment. I hope to hear an answer the soonest:-) Thanks and Godbless us all:-)
