Are Homosexuals born that way or not?

What is the Church’s position on homosexuality from a Nature vs. Nurture standpoint?

Does the Church view homosexuality as a chosen or conditioned lifestyle, or does it acknowledge that some people are just “born that way”?

You didn’t answer my question but rather gave me the same canned reponse that everyone seems to get with homosexuality questions.
