“All answers lie with God?” Why such doubt of your own intellect?

Because God edumacates me, master yoda he is to me. :waiveshand:

It’s clear that people’s minds are being heavily influenced without any Jedis in reality.

That in and of itself is enough for me.

Like Star Wars… no.

To replace Jedi with modern military… Soldier walks up and says open the gate you will and waives around an H&K MP-5 /w suppressor. The sentry opens the gate. In passing, the solder shoots the sentry in the head with a suppressed 9mm round.

I remember seeing a show talking about this drug from a plant in (I think) South America. Once the person is drugged they will obey another person’s commands. I don’t remember the name of the drug, but it sounded pretty scary if it fell into the wrong hands.

That, folks, is one of the ways you get voodoo “zombies” 🙂

Well, it’s true that Saint Patrick once said “These Druids are not the ones you’re looking for.”

There have been enough religions and cults since time immemorial that persuaded many people that what they were taught was enough to die for. So yeah. Easily possible.

Some would say that religion in itself is a “jedi mind trick.” Convincing billions that they are being watched at all times and must obey their God or Gods.

So it’s quiet easily to say that mind tricks/hypnosis/brain washing occurs on a daily basis yes

Well, hypnotic suggestion is certainly a thing, but it only works on those who are susceptible to it, not everyone.

There are other forms of manipulation and pressure, but those are mostly social and based on obedience to authority (eg.the infamous Milgram experiments) so not particularly Jedi-like.

many people were also not susceptible to ‘The Force’ from Jedis
Many many social manipulations are unconscious and not based on obedience to authority.

I’ll teach you a trick

If you want someone to do something for you, make your request followed by “Because …” with your reason.
The reason doesn’t have to be logical or even reasonable, but research shows a much higher compliance when “because” is added to the end of your request.
