Are night emissions sinful?

I read that the Catholic Church has a lot to say on sexual intercourse and the man not “wasting” his seed, so what does the Church teach about night emissions (i.e., “wet dreams”)? Are they evil, or what’s the deal with them?

When one does not have the use of his will, there is no sin. Since a sleeping person does not will the dreams he has and his body functions are not under his control, he is not responsible for night emissions. No sin has been committed.
