Are non-consecrated hosts "sacramentals"?

I was asked the other day if you could consider a non-consecrated host a sacramental. 🤷 I have no idea! 🙂 Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Well sure. I know that it is not The Real Presence. But the rosary is just metal (or plastic) and string, and it’s a sacramental.

At the end of a Divine Liturgy (Byzantine rite) the give out blessed bread which is a sacramental. If it is blessed it is a sacramental, but treat a non-blessed rosary, scapular, etc. with the same reverence as a blessed sacramental.

I thought I remember reading/hearing once that once a rosary has been used, even if it has not been blessed, it is considered a sacramental.
