Are Reiki and Craniosacral Therapy allowed?

I read somewhere that the USCCB has forbidden reiki from being administered in Catholic hospitals. Would it be sinful for a Catholic to receive, administer, train, etc. in reiki? I do not know if it is forbidden because it is sinful or just because it is medically unproven.

Also, what is the Church’s stance–if any–on craniosacral therapy?
