Funny how any monumental Statistics revealing truly innocent Rape Assailants never get published. And why is that?

The point is that owning the Blind Faith album cover is probably enough to put you away for a long time. The Blind Faith album art was banned in some countries. I didn’t buy a copy. I would have been too ashamed to, but now, I’d be afraid to. I wonder if Caravaggio and Beaugereau were banned. The drapes were recently removed from the paintings in the Sistine Chapel, so maybe they’ll go back on.And your point being?
Presumably I’m guessing here as a norm to human justice,

The point is that you probably can’t trust the US Justice system. I won’t speak for other countries. I would hope that people who are truly victims would get the justice due to them, while those who do wrong get the punishment and rehabilitation they deserve and need. My hope may be a false hope. The scales of justice are out of balance. The laws are too harsh. The laws are too harsh on the innocent. The laws are not too harsh. They are not harsh enough to work on the guilty. The justice system tries to create a balance by harshly punishing on some crimes as a compensation for a largely immoral society.
Adam and Eve hid from God, because they were ashamed they were naked. They lost their innocence, and they were conscious of sin. When my dad was a kid, he said he and his friends thought nothing of swimming in the river, and there were no swimsuits. Homosexuality was rare and in the closet. Now that we’ve gone and legalized it, and immorality is rampant, it’s impossible for kids to be innocent, and they are conscious of sin. Of course we must have preposterous laws and measures to protect children. We see the danger to them in the grossly immoral society the Godless have created for us.
If society was capable, on it’s own, of getting better, why would there be any need for a Second Coming?

Well; for that matter I have very limited trust in my own countries Justice System. The point is that you probably can’t trust the US Justice system.
I’m in complete agreement with you here.Adam and Eve hid from God, because they were ashamed they were naked. They lost their innocence, and they were conscious of sin. It has to do with not just porn, but child porn, like the child porn mentioned in the first post, and the child molesters mentioned in the post just previous to my original mention of Blind Faith. It also has to do with the laws which are the topic of the thread. I don’t know about your country, but I’ve read about how the laws work in this country, and if a prosecutor wants to make a case, the laws are ambiguous enough that they could try to make a case over something like that album cover. Reading some of the posts here, and doing more reading in the past couple of days just reinforces my feelings about the laws.CatholicBoy1957;7660684]
What does a Nude Album Cover of a Eric Clapton rock music record have to do with what were talking about here? If your speaking about forms of pornography and those who infatuated by it, then yes; I can understand how the insidious porn industry has helped infect the minds of would be rapists.
Sorry for asking but what does Blind Faith album cover have to do with putting me away for a long time?
I have no use for Satan’s porn industry. I hope it burns in Hell.
I know. I did acknowledge your mention of rape, but now that I look, my comment was not clear. I am sorry to learn of your experience. It may be of little use of telling you but I am a Victim of Gang Rape and Torture at Gunpoint if you had read back in earlier posts in this thread.
Yeah; I know what other victims feel like; I know what it is to be looked down upon, blamed and ridiculed and pigeonholed as gay.
Strange how people who have never been raped, think they know so damned much about rape.
All I hear is quick judgment and disdain against the majority of Victims

This has No bearing on Nationality…other than weak humans who turn the Justice System into ridicule.

I’m in complete agreement with you here.
Something tells me inside you do know something about Rape.
I like to think I know something about morality.Peace

I’m glad you mentioned this and I most certainly don’t take it lightly.**It has to do with not just porn, but child porn, like the child porn mentioned in the first post, and the child molesters mentioned in the post just previous to my original mention of Blind Faith. If our collective governments were worth a tinker’s curse, this would be fixed. This is what the prophets meant when they accused the kings of Israel and Judah of permitting the unrighteous to rule over the righteous.I have no use for Satan’s porn industry. I hope it burns in Hell.
A spiritual hug to you, brother. It may be of little use of telling you but I am a Victim
Sorry Pro, it won’t happen in your society or mine. The people you are discussing are too closely linked to those who are allowed to engage in their immoral behavior legally. It doesn’t work to say that we will allow serious immorality, but stop just short of allowing the most serious of immorality. We have even more states now allowing “Gay marriage”. We are headed in the opposite direction from what you have advocated here.It is impossible to punish sex offenders too harshly. Here in Finland they always get disgustingly mild punishments and are soon free to hunt for more victims. If - God forbid - anyone in my family ever was raped, I would have serious trouble letting the police handle the case and would rather take care of the issue myself.
Society has to stop this ridiculous “understanding” of child molesters and rapists: they are criminals, and they MUST BE punished. We have to stop letting rapists out of prison and it may be necessary to use capital punishment in certain cases. I also think that child molesters have no right to any privacy or safety and therefore they should be placed among the other prisoners. If they don’t want to get killed in prison, they shouldn’t break the law.
Wait until they start making it legal. You know that this is next after the progressives finish slamming gay marriage down our throats. Already you are seeing it in some countries where they are reducing the legal sexual age. There are already lobbyist groups such as man-boy love association pushing for this. Like I said just wait for it is coming. It is impossible to punish sex offenders too harshly. Here in Finland they always get disgustingly mild punishments and are soon free to hunt for more victims. I am afraid you are right. I have long feared that once same-sex “marriage” becomes practically universally accepted, all the godless ultra-liberals will aggressively start working for eliminating the age of consent. The children will be taught at school how it’s alright for an adult to have a sexual relationship with a child. We are living in a world where ever greater evils are becoming socially acceptable and even encouraged. What’s also sad is that when someone in my country speaks up for the truth, the liberals immediately condemn that person calling them a fascist or something like that.Wait until they start making it legal. You know that this is next after the progressives finish slamming gay marriage down our throats. Already you are seeing it in some countries where they are reducing the legal sexual age. I know how same-sex “marriage” is spreading in America. But you wouldn’t believe what’s going on here. We have very few politicians who actively speak against “gay marriage” and the majority of the people are fine with this whole concept of same-sex “marriage.” We have influential and liberal Lutheran “bishops” lobbying for it. It deeply saddens me to see where we are going. I fear removing the age of consent is the next step.Sorry Pro, it won’t happen in your society or mine. There are legal and moral differences when it comes to sex acts where there is a victim (due to age or consent), and sex acts between consenting adults. Most states struck down criminal ordinances for sex acts between consenting adults some decades ago. However, in some states oral sex between a married couple is still a crime. The US Supreme Court recently struck down the Texas law prohibiting consensual sex acts. The gay marriage issue would fall under the class of a consensual relationship, and therefore a very different issue than rape, child molestation, public lewdness, etc…I know how same-sex “marriage” is spreading in America. I agree, of course. I don’t think that there is much point in prosecuting two adult men for what they do behind closed doors without harming anyone. What they are doing is, even though morally wrong, between God and them, not the state and them, as long as it’s consensual and they keep it to themselves. Rapists, on the other hand, are clearly a completely different issue. I merely wanted to express my concern that in this case the acceptance of one evil inevitably leads to the acceptance of another, greater evil. The gay marriage issue would fall under the class of a consensual relationship, and therefore a very different issue than rape, child molestation, public lewdness, etc…
