Jesus of Nazareth is extremely dense. I’m reading it in 15-minute spurts. And sometimes in 15 minutes I read more than I can digest. This guy is AWESOME!
UH OH it sounds like more then I can handle:eek: I read a very simple book called Raising a Godly daughter in an UnGodly world and it took me forever to read it because it was so depressing and overwhelming.

This one sounds like it might be too intellectual for me:o

Well, B-16 is nothing if not intellectual. He ain’t no Gary Smalley! (complimenting both B-16 AND Gary Smalley).

“Vain” isn’t the right word, but I understand what you’re trying to say. Yes, some Catholics are that way. So are some Protestants, some Mormons, some Muslims, some Hindus, some pagans, blah blah blah and so on and so forth. It’s not a religion thing; it’s a human nature thing.
We’re so vain, we probably think this song is about us.

You cannot be a Catholic for saying this. You are here in disguise for everything you say is AGAINST the Catholic church.

**Then maybe you can show me what I’ve said that is not fully compatible with being Catholic. You may not agree with it (as if you or anyone else had to !) - but that does not make me any less Catholic than you are 😉 (I don’t at agree with the OP, but maybe she & read different threads :)) **

You are opposite every time someone says something positive about the Catholic church. You seem to have compassion for non-Catholic Christians and others, but none for your fellow Catholics. Your posts may be colorful and well thought out for color, but other than that, I wouldn’t say you were passionate about Catholicism.
