Father, your answer quoted below indicates reference to difference between mortal and other sins but I looked up John 5:16-17 and I can’t see this. Is it maybe another chapter?

Dear M,

You looked up John 5:16-17 which is the Gospel of John. The reference I gave was 1 John 5:16-17 which is the first letter of John. It’s at the back, after 2 Peter.
