Are SSPX Confirmations Valid?

They would all be valid - licitness is the issue. A natural marriage is valid with no witnersses whatsoever. Greek Orthodox confession is valid, but not licit.
Marriage would not be unless they had the authority to witness on behalf of the Catholic Church. Confession would not excapt in danger of death.
 
he told me the priests could bless a marriage where one was Catholic and the other not as long as they had a dispensation from the bishop. and in this case, iam assuming the SSPX bishops.
The dispensation comes from the local ordinary of the diocese. SSPX bishops are not ordinaries, and therefore have no territory in which to grant those dispensations.
