Are SSPX sacraments valid?

I love the SSPX and their stance on the Mass, ecumenism, and the episcopate, but I am told that, although their Mass is now licit and fulfills the Sunday Obligation, their sacraments of Confession and marriage are not legitimate. Why is this? If they have the authority to bring Christ to the altar, can’t they also forgive sins in His name?
