Are all of the teachings of those who have been declared doctors of the church, like Aquinas, considered infallible teachings by the Magisterium?

No, they are not infallible. Only the official teachings of the Church are infallible. Individuals who are declared a “Doctor of the Church” receive the title as a recognition of their extraordinary contribution to theology. However their works do not carry any infallibility.
