Are the annulment requirements different for a divorced Catholic who was married in a protestant church & who wants to marry again in the Catholic chu

I do not know. I do believe what the church says, however, and I’m trying to learn their position on these things.

The Church Teaches that a valid, consumated Marriage between two Baptized Christian cannot be divorced under any circumstances.

If you both are free to marry, without any impediments, and follow proper form, and both willingly consent to Christian Marriage, then the Sacrament is valid.

You do know I’m talking about if you and he decide to marry. His previous marriages were a violation of form. Assuming he did not have permission from His Bishop. That’s why I asked if he sees this now. As for the Tribunal, that would be an easy recognition for the decrees.
