The Golden Girls is shown in reruns, and I know some episodes ad a laugh track.

For example, there is an episode where Dorothy meets a new friend who turns out to be a snooty bigot. Dorothy tells her off and tells her to go to hell.

On TV land, the scene is as it was when it first aired, on Hallmark, there is and added laugh track to hide the “go to hell” part.

I remember other unsuitable themes in that show as well. In fact the whole basis of Blanche’s character was unsuitable. It made me embarrassed to watch with my parents.
