Are the mentally disabled considered saints upon death?

Hi,

I’ve asked this question a few times now but no one has answered. If someone is born with severe intellectual or mental disabilities, do they become a saint upon death (if he or she is baptized Catholic)? Since such people cannot sin, how does the Church weigh in on this topic? Thanks in advance.
