Are the titles given to Mary in the Litany biblical?

Please help me understand the different titles given to Mary in the Litany. Are all these titles Biblical? Will you please tell me the Biblical foundations of all these?

Most of the titles given to Mary in the Litany of Loreto are taken from Scripture.

Here are a few examples:

  7. Mystical Rose (Sirach 24:14; 39:13; 50:8)
  8. Tower of David (Song of Songs 4:4)
  9. Tower of Ivory (Song of Songs 7:5)
  10. House of Gold (1 Kings 6:20-22)
  11. Ark of the Covenant (Psalm 132:8)
  12. Gate of Heaven (Psalm 78:23)
