Are there any activity jobs in a home for retired priests?

When I was at my last place, I had to worry about Protestants brought down for Catholic services receiving Jesus as they hadn’t been initiated, much less Catholic. At the Protestant service, nursing would send down Catholics and they’d receive their communion. It would be their prerogative, except they had Alzheimer’s Disease (for that reason, I’m not sure all Catholics should have been receiving Jesus in not knowing the wafer is the appearance of Jesus at the Catholic service). In addition, they brought down the easy residents including Protestants, when they could have spent more time getting difficult Catholics. I respect the nurses deeply, but the indifferentism frustrated me. Even the extra ecclesial eucharistic ministers who’ve been there and know Protestants were there didn’t seem to care.

I figure I would not have that problem at a home for retired priests.
I worked in the activities department there. Are there those jobs at those places?
