St. Elizabeth Ann Seton was raised in an Episcopalian family, which means that she very likely was baptized in an Episcopalian church as a child. There is also Bl. Elisabeth Hesselblad, who was raised in a Lutheran family in Sweden before she converted to Catholicism. She was born in Sweden but worked for a while as a nurse in the United States.
