Are there any Doctrinal similarities between Catholics and Baptists?

This is a difficult question to answer since Baptist congregations are independent of each other. My experience with Baptists as actually been quite a bit.

Then I guess that takes away the belief of inerrancy of Scripture too…

Acts 2:38 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost."
 
Seems the term Baptist is more indicative of a tradition, more than a specific set of beliefs. How are there unitarian Baptists, and how are they perceived by Trinitarian Baptists?
