Are there any groups that do mission trips for Catholic teenagers?

So I just got back from a protestant church camp for teens a couple hours ago. I’ve always wanted to go to another country, and a lot of the counselors there were talking about mission trips, and sharing pictures and stories about them. A couple months ago my protestant friend invited me to a mission trip to the Phillipines, but that doesn’t sit right with me because to my understanding it’s one of the most faithfully Catholic countires in the world…and I’ve got a feeling that they would try to “evangelize” to lapsed Catholics and try to steal them away…
For a while I’ve felt like I should be some sort of missionary in a foreign country, but my Catholic parish has absolutely no options for a teenager, there are no mission trips for anyone or anything like that. So does anyone know of a good Catholic teen mission organization? Or are my feelings about the mission to the Phillipines wrong?
 
Is there a college near you? Whichever Catholic church that ministers to them may do mission trips 🙂
