Are there any other religions besides the Roman Catholic Church that believe in transubstantiation?

The Catholic Church recognizes that the Orthodox Churches have the Real Presence in Communion, although the Orthodox would not use the term, preferring not to define precisely what happens and leaving it a mystery. That said, most have no problem using the term to describe what’s going on. This also applies for the Oriental Orthodox Churches, and the Assyrian Church of the East. A few of the more recent breakoffs from the Catholic Church, such as the Polish National Catholic Church have it too.

it hasn’t occurred to me till now.
I don’t know the validity of the Sacrament of the Old Catholics, it would depend on whether or not they have valid orders. I believe they are schismatics, if you join them you will be committing a serious sin.
