Are there female angels? Wouldn’t a female saint be considered an angel?

No. Neither are there male angels. Maleness and femaleness are part of our embodied nature as human beings. Angels are pure spirit and have no bodies; therefore, they also do not have gender.
No. Male and female saints are human beings. Human beings and angels are entirely distinct creatures and do not change from one to another.
