Are there just 4 Eucharistic Prayers?

Sometimes our priest will do a Eucharistic Prayer that he is reading from a book, but it is not one of the 4 in the missalette. Are there more than 4?

Yes, there are more than four. There are also Eucharistic Prayers for reconcilliation, for children and a couple of others. All told, there are about 16 Eucharistic Prayers that are currently in use somewhere in the world (not all are approved for use in the United States).
