Are there religious teachers that you follow?
Or religious blogs?

Yes, I’m a follower of James White. He’s a pastor, apologist and author.

I like to listen to the MP3s of Father Venard Poslusney’ s conferences. He is deceased now, but for about six years I attended his monthly days of prayer in Rockville Center, L.I., New York.

He was a Carmelite priest and very knowledgable of the Doctors of the Church on prayer. (St. Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, and St. Therese of Lisieux…and other topics.

Every now and then I tune in to one and listen again.

I’ve been on this forum many years, but am not a prolific poster like others. I’ve been on another Catholic forum as well.

I didn’t mean to reply to you, but rather the OP. Sorry! 🙂

I follow the teachings of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

A few Christian authors I enjoy are books by Timothy Keller, N.T. Wright, Dallas Willard and others. One book I’ve been reading for years is Larry Hurtado’s tome entitled Lord Jesus Christ, which is dense and packed with outstanding scholarship but slow reading, so I’ll most likely never finish it!

A few Catholic authors I like are Pope Benedict XVI and Thomas Merton.

Hi!

Do you mean follow as being a person/source of Faith (Doctrine, Practice, life) or do you mean imitate their Christian’s life example?

Maran atha!

We all have different personalities, so some are attracted to Franciscan, Dominican, Carmelite, or Jesuit spirituality.

I follow Chief Supreme High Apostle Bob of the One True Apostolic Holy Church of Christ of Tennessee Inc.
For an initial “seed” offering of $10 000, you can be as blessed as I am! Don’t worry, God accepts MasterCard and Visa.

…or you could just follow Jesus Christ.

Yes. Fr. Dominic Valamnal from India. He is a very gifted catholic priest who does powerful deliverance prayers. Thousands flock to see him.
